The webinar will present key study results following the downstream impacts of false-positive blood culture in the emergency department. The global challenge, and importance, of antimicrobial stewardship in the age of the antibiotic-resistant organisms, will be the underlying theme. The focus will be given to the nursing role in diagnostic and antibiotic stewardship and a solution that can address the diagnostic error at the source.
