The Nurse Manager Institute program on Sept. 15-17 is cancelled. For anyone who has registered, your program registration is automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued. If you booked a hotel room within the conference block at the Omni Pittsburgh, your reservation will automatically be canceled. You are responsible for canceling your own travel plans, including flights and (if you booked outside of the block). Nurse Manager Institute (NMI) is a three-day interactive program that combines lecture, discussion, experiential learning and self-assessment. Using simulation, case study and introduction of leadership concepts attendees are able to explore their leadership potential, understand the basics of budgeting, conflict management, circle concepts, quality and patient safety, and their role in the future of nursing.

Omni William Penn
A discounted nightly has been arranged at the Omni William Penn. A one night’s deposit will be due at the time of booking. A special link to reserve the discounted rate will be provided in your confirmation email.
AONL cannot be held liable for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel room deposits. AONL suggests that you do not purchase restricted or nonrefundable tickets for travel to the program. AONL assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should the program sell out or in the unlikely event that changes to the program dates and/or location become necessary. Hotel reservations, cancellations and charges are the attendee’s responsibility.
Continuing Education Contact Hours & Accreditation Statement
The program offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 17.5 continuing education credits.
The American Organization for Nursing Leadership is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
AONL is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 15740.
A refund minus 20% will be granted to written requests received 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Shanna Sweeney at firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret will not be able to grant refunds after this date.
Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of AONL and original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid.
