What motivated you to apply for the FAONL designation?
My motivation to apply for fellowship designation by the American Organization for Nursing Leadership stemmed from a desire to further my professional growth and contribute meaningfully to the field of nursing leadership. I was inspired by the opportunity to connect with a community of distinguished peers, engage in ongoing learning, and demonstrate my commitment to excellence in nursing administration.
