AI Strategy Bootcamp
This course is your strategic advantage in leading AI transformation!
Nurse Executives are uniquely positioned to drive AI adoption that transforms patient care and operational excellence. Every day spent uncertain about AI strategy represents missed opportunities for innovation, resource optimization, and competitive advantage.
Through focused 60- to 90-minute virtual sessions designed specifically nurse executives, the AI Strategy Bootcamp supports your journey from AI uncertainty to strategic AI leadership. Participants gain executive-level insights to evaluate AI investments, guide implementation decisions, and position the nursing enterprise at the forefront of care delivery innovation.
Schedule
Four interactive, virtual sessions aimed at turning non-technical leaders into AI-savvy decisions-makers.
