AI Strategy Bootcamp

Course Dates: July 14, 28, Aug. 11 and 25 | Virtual

This course, offered as a collaborative initiative by AONL and THMA, is your strategic advantage in leading AI transformation!

Nurse executives and seasoned directors are uniquely positioned to drive AI adoption that transforms patient care and operational excellence. Every day spent uncertain about AI strategy represents missed opportunities for innovation, resource optimization, and competitive advantage.

Register Now

Through focused 60- to 90-minute virtual sessions designed specifically for nurse executives and directors, the AI Strategy Bootcamp supports your journey from AI uncertainty to strategic AI leadership. Participants gain executive-level insights to evaluate AI investments, guide implementation decisions, and position the nursing enterprise at the forefront of care delivery innovation.

Schedule

Four interactive, virtual sessions aimed at turning non-technical leaders into AI-savvy decisions-makers.

Join us from 12:00-1:00 p.m. CT on July 14, 28, August 11 and 25.

Intended Audience

This bootcamp is designed for senior nurse executives and directors who need to make strategic AI decisions without becoming technical experts. It is perfect for you if you evaluate AI vendor proposals, want to lead rather than respond to AI transformation or IT-driven initiatives, and seek to position nursing as a strategic AI leader within your health system.

Learning Objectives

95% of participants in the most recent bootcamp series reported improved strategic decision-making capabilities.

Across 4 sessions, attendees will learn:

  • How to build foundational AI literacy and distinguish between hype and real-world applications in health care
  • Methods for uncovering hidden limitations and cutting through AI hype when evaluating vendors
  • Areas where you can confidently invest resources into AI for maximum ROI and competitive advantage
  • Strategies to assess AI maturity, overcome adoption barriers and develop a tailored implementation plan

Technical Requirements

Each virtual session will be hosted via Zoom teleconference. Attendees are encouraged to participate in every session using Zoom teleconferencing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Please review the technical requirements needed for Zoom teleconferencing.
