CENP Essentials Review Course
The Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP®) Essentials Review Course assists participants in preparing for the CENP exam through a review of the AONL Nurse Executive Competencies® and practical application of the competencies.
The competencies include Communication and Relationship Building, Knowledge of the Health Care Environment, Leadership, Professionalism and Business Skills.
Through small group work, you will discuss with your peer's high order thinking as they relate to your professional practice. This is intended to be an opportunity to integrate concepts with experience, honing your critical thinking abilities in preparation for the exam.
Program Impact
Participants will assess their level of competency in their own leadership practice; strengthen those competencies through discussion and sharing experiences, and have a plan to prepare for successful completion of the CENP exam.
Intended Audience
This program is designed for nurse executives that intend to sit for the CENP Certification Exam.
