Participants will build strategies to develop as a leader through an innovative Growth Planner, while also assessing and improving current strengths and areas of opportunity using AONL’s competency self-assessment tool.

AONL Faciliated Cohort
Find a supportive community of nurse managers to navigate together building new leadership skills. Participants meet virtually to discuss key topics from the on-demand course, share experiences and learn from each other as they incorporate key concepts into their leadership practice. Participants have access to the Transition to Nurse Manager Practice On-Demand course and resources for a year.
