Membership for Registered Nurses (RNs) who work in a health care environment across the United States.
Full International Membership
For RN leaders or aspiring nurse leaders in eligible countries (outside the U.S.) in health care settings, academia or health care-related businesses. Fees are structured by World Bank per capita income classification.

Associate AONL Membership
Open to people who are not registered nurses but support the mission and vision of AONL. Enjoy access to the community, resources and professional development alongside nurse leaders.
Student AONL Membership
Full-time pre-licensure nursing students can join AONL at a discounted rate. Start building your professional network and leadership skills from day one.
Group & Team Membership
AONL offers a cost-effective group membership for organizations that have multiple people interested in joining. The more team members, the more you save — bringing nursing leadership development to your entire team.
AONL Retired Members
Retain your AONL membership at a discounted price after retirement. Available to AONL members who are fully retired and have been members for five or more years. Contact AONL to confirm your eligibility and request a change to your member type.
