Nurse Leaders in the Age of AI: Practice, Partnership and Possibility
AI conversations are everywhere, but not every nurse leader has had the same opportunity to learn, experiment, or understand how AI applies to nursing leadership and clinical practice. This webinar will offer a practical discussion of AI and emerging technology through the lens of nurse leadership, clinical inquiry and evidence dissemination. Presenters will discuss how nurse leaders, including nurse scientists, can collaborate to evaluate AI-related opportunities, support implementation within health care organizations and communicate value through scholarship and practice outcomes. The session will emphasize the nurse leader’s role in asking better questions, building cross-functional partnerships and ensuring AI supports meaningful improvement in care delivery.
This webinar will not be accredited for NCPD hours.
Learning Outcome:
- Describe how nurse leaders can collaborate to evaluate, implement and disseminate AI-enabled innovations in clinical practice.
