Building a Nurse-Led AI Strategy for Care Delivery Transformation
This webinar will explore how nurse leaders can shape enterprise AI strategy in ways that connect innovation, governance, workforce transformation and measurable care delivery outcomes. Presenters will discuss real-world applications of AI in nursing, including ambient documentation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging models of care, while emphasizing the leadership structures, measurement strategies, and change capabilities needed for sustainable adoption. Using early-adopter ambient AI nursing documentation work as an implementation example, the session will highlight lessons learned across academic, community, adult and pediatric settings. Participants will leave with practical insights for building scalable, nurse-led AI innovation programs that improve clinician experience, operational performance, patient experience and care outcomes.
