The Emerging Nurse Leader Institute prepares staff nurses, charge nurses and other nurses with new leadership roles and responsibilities to be the leaders of tomorrow. Explore a variety of program activities to become a leader with greater organizational reach. Acquire new learnings from the IOM future of nursing recommendations report, increase your ability to effectively use data in daily practice and develop a focused approach to career planning.

The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The program offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 8.0 contact hours.

AONL is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number 15740.

If the alternate is not a member of AONL and the original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid.
