Jeremy T. Miller, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, PCCN, Director of the Capacity Command Center – Cedars-Sinai

Jeremy T. Miller, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, PCCN, serves as the Director of the Capacity Command Center at Cedars-Sinai, where he leads initiatives to optimize patient flow and capacity management across the health system. With advanced nursing credentials and board certification in nursing executive administration, Jeremy brings extensive clinical expertise to operational leadership.
In his role at Cedars-Sinai's Capacity Command Center, Jeremy oversees the implementation of data-driven strategies and AI-powered solutions to enhance hospital throughput, reduce length of stay, and improve resource utilization. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming how the organization manages patient capacity and flow through innovative technologies and process improvements.
 

Jeremy holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is certified as a Nursing Executive Advanced–Board Certified (NEA-BC) and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN). He currently serves as President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of California Nurse Leaders and is pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Systems Leadership at the Yale School of Nursing. His unique combination of clinical expertise and operational leadership enables him to bridge the gap between frontline care delivery and system-level operational efficiency.
