Felicia Sadler is the Vice President Quality at Relias. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 35 years and has served in various nursing leadership roles in her career. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare, and has served as an examiner for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. Felicia has served as chairperson for ASHRM (American Society for Healthcare Risk Managers) Education Strategy Committee, ASHRM’s Education Development Task Force. Felicia has presented at national and international conferences and has co-authored several publications. Felicia assists health care organizations with strategic solutions to improve clinical outcomes and optimize organizational performance
John Harrington, CMI, VP, Solutions, Relias
John F. Harrington, CMI is the Founder of Advanced Practice Strategies (APS) a company that developed the learning platform "GNOSIS" now Relias Clinical Solutions. John founded APS in 1993 after completing his training as an American Medical Board Certified Medical Illustrator (CMI). He is one of less than two hundred and fifty individuals worldwide who hold this distinction. He has acted as a courtroom expert witness in numerous cases including obstetrics, orthopedics, and neurology, and has been a contributor illustrator to a variety of texts and publications including the New England Journal of Medicine, Boston Globe, Fortune Magazine and Lawyer’s Alert. He has presented at numerous continuing medical and legal education seminars and events throughout the country on the topics of patient safety, risk management and litigation support. He is a member of numerous boards including Boston University Deans’ Advisory Board – College of Fine Arts. He is a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education faculty member, and a member of both the Association of Medical Illustrators and the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys.
