The evolution of health care simulation has not only improved patient outcomes, but has also contributed greatly to developing our emerging nurse leaders. This webinar will outline how to develop your nurse leaders’ skills through practicable scenarios such as having crucial conversations, budget presentation, communication and more.
Presented by KT Waxman, President of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and Director of the California Simulation Alliance, this webinar will also review components of a scenario, pre-briefing, and debriefing for effective learning as well as offering strategic tips, enabling the nurse leader to implement this type of program in their organization.
