The CNML digital badge is issued to nurse managers who have successfully earned the Certified Nurse Manager and Leader certification. Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP®)

The CENP digital badge is issued to nurse leaders engaged in executive‑level nursing practice. This badge reflects advanced application of the AONL Nurse Leader Competencies, demonstrating the knowledge and skills required to lead nursing practice at the executive level.
