• November 15 - MONL Annual Gala and Awards Banquet: You are cordially invited to the Annual Gala of the Maryland Organization of Nurse Leaders, a night dedicated to celebrating excellence in nursing leadership. Join us for an elegant evening of networking, inspiration, and recognition as we honor the remarkable contributions of our nurse leaders. This year's gala theme is "Inspiring Leaders", featuring keynote speaker Rebecca Graystone.
• November 19 - NYONL Online Webinar: Attend the webinar to learn how to incorporate all of this intel into building bridges, not walls! The changes happening in the nursing workforce are new and different. The turbulence of the past five years in healthcare has accelerated massive demographic shifts in the nursing profession that would have naturally occurred. Baby Boomer nurses who have shaped nursing practice for decades have largely retired, and a new generation of nurses has entered the workforce. Generation Z is the first generation to grow up with the internet, social media, and digital technology from an early age. Their unique perspective about their nursing careers is shaping the future in profound ways. Nursing teams today are multigenerational and have different values, attitudes, and beliefs, which can make working together more challenging.

February 2026

• February 8-11 - Association of California Nurse Leaders 48th Annual Conference: Annual conference with networking and educational sessions.
• February 26-27 - TONL Annual Conference: TONL's 2026 Annual Conference in the Dallas area, bringing together over 300 nurse leaders to learn and network.

March 2026

• March 20 - A Taste of the Annual Meeting: Save the date! Attendees will hear from 2025 annual meeting presenters, explore emerging leadership best practices, gain updates on current legislative and policy issues, and discover state-of-the-science products and services. Spend the day learning in a beautiful Finger Lakes setting, networking with colleagues, and gathering inspiration for your 2026 annual meeting abstracts.

April 2026

• April 15-17 - NCONL 2026 Annual Conference & Memebrship Meeting: Annual in-person conference and membership meeting. Includes podium presentations, poster gallery, and exhibit hall.
• April 17 - SC PONL New Nurse Leader Conference
• April 24 - SE PONL New Nurse Leader Conference
• April 30-May 1 - ONL New Jersey 2026 Annual Conference 

May 2026

• May 20 - IONL Annual Conference
• May 18 - Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders at Kentucky Hospital Association Conference: Kentucky Hospital Association Annual Conference provides a day within the conference in which the Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders offers their day-long spring conference. 

September 2026

• September 27-29 - 2026 NYONL Annual Meeting: Save the date!  The 2026 NYONL Annual Meeting and Leadership Conference will feature presenters discussing effective strategies for nurse leaders at all levels to use to create and maintain healthy workplaces. Presenters will include renowned experts in nursing leadership, research and advocacy, as well as members with proven records for achieving positive outcomes through innovation.

October 2026

• Ocotber 29-30 - 2026 PONL Annual Nursing Leadership Conference

November 2026

• November 4-6 - Annual FONL Conference: Annual FONL Conference at the Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa
• November 4-6 - OONL Fall Conference: Annual gathering of nurse leaders from across Ohio hospitals.
