AHA and AONL seek nurse leaders to speak on advancing access, affordability

The American Hospital Association seeks nurse executives to serve as conference speakers discussing actionable strategies for advancing access and affordability at the 2027 AHA Leadership Summit July 18-20 in San Diego. The AHA especially requests speakers who can describe strategies, case examples and lessons learned in advancing access and prevention, transforming care delivery, harnessing artificial intelligence and digital innovation, navigating cost pressures and leading transformation. Speakers can apply to be part of a panel or to present a case study session; segmented presentations within panel sessions are the most common and well-attended formats. The strongest proposals feature an enterprise-level challenge, explain how the nurse executive contributed to addressing the challenge, discuss results and share lessons other executive teams can apply. Applications are due Nov. 13. More information is available on the AHA website or email us: aonl@aha.org.
