AONL Foundation releases biannual report

The AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education released its inaugural biannual report highlighting its 2025 activities and its impact on nursing leadership. From 2010 to 2025, the AONL Foundation has awarded more than $500,000 in grants, resulting in more than 80 publications, presentations and posters. The report includes information about its 2025 research grant recipient, Yale School of Nursing and Yale New Haven Health System (Conn.), which is conducting a longitudinal analysis of nurse manager turnover and span of control and its associations with nurse turnover and patient outcomes. The report also includes information about the AONL Foundation’s financial aid recipients and presence at the 2025 AONL Annual Conference.
