AONL Foundation to Fund Research on Reducing Health Care Disparities

The AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education will fund one research proposal with a $15,000 grant and is seeking a project that empowers nursing leadership to reduce disparities in health care outcomes. Proposals should support innovative, evidence-informed and leadership-driven approaches to promote high-quality and culturally informed care. They also should emphasize the role of nurse leaders in driving transformation at the organizational, system or community level. Interest areas include leadership strategies to advance health outcomes; workforce and practice transformation; technology and innovation; data, measurement and accountability; and policy and systems change.
