AONL and AHA to host event on elevating nurse leader’s voices in maternal health

AONL invites nurse leaders to register for a facilitated discussion on elevating nurse leaders’ voices in maternal health on Sept. 9 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET. Hosted by the American Hospital Association’s Better Health for Mothers and Babies Initiative in partnership with AONL, the event will convene nurse leaders to share insights, discuss challenges and explore opportunities to strengthen nursing leadership in maternal health improvement efforts. Participants will examine how nurse leaders can influence care delivery models, drive organizational and system-level decision-making, engage patients and families, address workforce challenges and advance equitable, person-centered care. Insights from this discussion will inform AHA’s strategic approach for improving maternal health.
