AONL details Workforce Compendium 2.0 in Nurse Leader

The AONL Nursing Leadership Workforce Compendium 2.0 is detailed in the December issue of Nurse Leader. Released earlier this year, the compendium emphasizes measurable results, sustainable innovation and replicable strategies to address pressing workforce challenges concerning recruitment, nurse manager retention, leadership, culture of inquiry, healthy work environments; academic-practice partnerships; and total rewards ─ where organizations align salary, benefits and incentives to support and develop nurse leaders. The Compendium 2.0 builds upon AONL’s 2023 Nursing Leadership Workforce Compendium, which offered nursing leaders strategies, exemplars and frameworks designed to strengthen and sustain the workforce. Compendium 2.0 provides deeper outcomes and scalable practices.
