AONL to Cosponsor National Nurse Wellbeing Conference 

AONL will co-sponsor the 4th Annual National Nurse Wellbeing Conference Nov. 18-20 in Washington, D.C. Hosted by Columbia, Md.-based MedStar Health, the conference aims to prepare healthcare workers and leaders to cultivate wellbeing programs within their work environment. The conference will emphasize how to use technology and innovation to design wellbeing programs, develop a culture of wellbeing and promote interdisciplinary collaboration in wellbeing. Among conference objectives, attendees will be able to recognize the role of innovation and technology in changing the landscape of nursing care delivery and discuss how leaders can implement virtual nursing to improve wellbeing. They also will be able to identify the components of a business case for a nurse wellbeing program. Participants can register in advance or onsite.
