AONL to host virtual networking session event

AONL will host a virtual networking event on Oct. 13 from 12:00-1:00 CT for mid-career or advancing leaders (e.g. director level) to meet and build connections with their peers. The event will include a brief presentation on leading a multigenerational workforce, followed by facilitated breakout groups to make meaningful connections. Participants will learn how to understand the preferences for different generations while challenging stereotypes, then build community and expand their networks with other mid- or advancing leaders. Our members asked for more opportunities to connect with fellow nurse leaders, and AONL responded by creating this new virtual networking series as an exclusive AONL member benefit.
