AONL urges members to respond to Gen 2 Insights 2025 survey

AONL urges members to respond to the Gen 2 Insights 2025 survey. The refreshed longitudinal annual survey enables members to provide feedback on nursing leadership challenges to enable AONL to create resources supporting nurse leaders. Nursing leaders at a variety of organizations vetted the survey questions to ensure their relevance. The survey takes 9 to 11 minutes to complete. The Gen 2 Insights 2025 survey replaces the annual longitudinal Nursing Leadership Insight Study, which launched in 2021.
