HRSA asks nurses to respond to its National Sample Survey

The Health Resources and Services Administration encourages selected nurses to fill out the agency’s National Sample Survey of Registered Nurses. The survey is the longest-running and primary data source on the U.S. nursing workforce. The U.S. Census Bureau recently sent invitations to select nurses across the country by U.S. mail to fill out the survey. Feedback is critical to help inform programs, policies and support for nurses nationwide, including the resources needed to recruit and retain nurses. Participation helps ensure the availability of accurate, comprehensive data to guide the future of the nursing workforce.
