Hospital Capacity Management Leadership Forum opens registration

Registration is open for the inaugural Hospital Capacity Management Consortium Leadership Forum on July 11-12 in Denver. The conference is intended for leaders responsible for hospital flow. The forum will present content designed to strengthen physician engagement, improve throughput decision-making and advance systemwide capacity performance through peer-led learning. The forum convenes clinical, operational and capacity leaders to discuss best practices, challenges and future directions in a role where most leaders navigate change alone. The American Hospital Association Leadership Summit will take place immediately afterward on July 12-14 in Denver; registration is open for that conference as well.
