NAM to host webinar on how worker well-being initiatives

The National Academy of Medicine Clinician Well-being Collaborative will host a webinar to discuss how organizations are incorporating well-being as a long-term value on May 27 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. ET. Moderated by NAM Accelerator Coach Jonathan Ripp, MD, MPH, chief wellness officer, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, the webinar will feature lessons learned and offer solutions for incorporating well-being into organizations. Panelists will discuss how they operationalized well-being initiatives with varying levels of programmatic support and institutional buy-in and strategies for managing competing organizational priorities, navigating large, complex networks and building partnerships and collaborations within an organization.
