Your input requested for survey on racism in the workplace

The National Commission to Address Racism in Nursing is conducting a survey about racism in the workplace to capture the perceptions and lived experiences of nurses and to further understand the impact of racism on the nursing profession and patient outcomes. The Commission invites nurses of all backgrounds, races and ethnicities to participate. Capturing all perspectives and insights—both the good and the bad—is key to forging change in the nursing profession. AONL is one of 20 organizations belonging to the Commission, which formed earlier this year. Please take the survey today.
