AONL director discusses Microlearning Hub

AONL Director of Education Partnerships Alysia Adams, DNP, RN, discusses AONL’s new Microlearning Hub, which offers more than a dozen courses free to AONL members. In a Nurse Leader interview, Adams says the hub offers quick, focused learning a leader can apply immediately. Most modules last 20 minutes, incorporating leadership development into a nurse leader’s tight schedule. Modules, which offer content for all leadership levels, include videos and learning activities. Topics include social media, design, applying theory to practice, elevating emotional intelligence and leading a multigenerational workforce. More modules will be added.
