NAM seeks organizations to join worker well-being initiative

The National Academy of Medicine is accepting applications through Nov. 20 for its Change Maker Accelerator 2027 cohort. The cohort will consist of leaders from roughly 20 organizations who want to advance the academy’s National Plan for Health Workforce Well-Being at their institutions, track and measure their progress and learn alongside peer organizations. Participating organizations will build their capacity to drive systems-level change while generating practical insights and examples that can aid other organizations in accelerating efforts toward workforce well-being. Benefits of participation include building relationships to advance well-being, receiving tailored coaching and support from experienced well-being leaders and increasing the visibility of their organization’s well-being efforts. Information about eligibility and the application process is available on NAM’s website.
