The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Strategic Leadership Fellowship is an immersive leadership program designed for APPs in director roles or above. This program combines interactive sessions, leadership assessments and a strategic ROI-focused leadership change initiative to help participants develop the capabilities needed to lead complex health care organizations.
Participants will:
- Explore multiple leadership models and apply them to real-world challenges.
- Lead a strategic leadership change initiative that demonstrates measurable organizational impact.
- Build influence through stakeholder engagement, advocacy, institutional politics, and digital leadership.
- Enhance strategic decision-making in finance, operations, and innovation.
- Reflect on career trajectory, leadership legacy, and lifelong development to advance toward executive roles.

CANCELLATION
A refund minus 20% will be granted to written requests as directed in the application. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to aonleducation@aha.org. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Registration is non-transferrable.
ACCREDITATION STATEMENT AND NURSING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT

The American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The program offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 27 contact hours.
