Self-care by nurse leaders trickles down to staff, patients

Nurse leaders must model the self-care, stress management and wellness behaviors they want their staff to adopt “for the good of nurses and patients.” That’s the conclusion of AONL member Adele Webb, PhD, RN, assistant dean for external relations & partnerships at Capella University.
