Amy is a doctoral candidate at the University of Missouri Sinclair School of Nursing, with anticipated completion of her dissertation in 2026. With more than 20 years of operational and executive leadership experience, combined with her doctoral pursuits, Amy thrives at the intersection of theory and practice. Amy is a connector of people, ideas, and strategies and excels at inspiring leaders to think differently, challenge assumptions, and apply old and new knowledge in unique and contemporary ways. Her approach reflects a deep belief that strong leadership is built through reflection, connection, and disciplined application, and that abstract concepts can be practically applied in leadership practice.
