Using Podcasts as a leadership tool

Podcasts offer nurse leaders a flexible way to communicate, educate and connect with audiences in moments when traditional meetings or written materials may not be enough.
This microlearning introduces podcasts as a practical, evidence-informed tool for leadership communication and patient education. You’ll explore how audio-based learning can support understanding, improve retention and create more accessible ways to share important information.
By building these skills, you’ll be able to identify opportunities to use podcasts to strengthen leadership development, support patient understanding and increase engagement across different audiences.
