AHA launches webpage on reducing health disparities

The American Hospital Association launched a webpage entitled Reducing Disparities in Health Outcomes, which features new and familiar resources for members and their communities. As part of its broader strategy to address health disparities, the American Hospital Association aims for the page to serve as a hub for actionable strategies and tools to assist hospitals and health systems in improving health outcomes for all.
