AONL Credentialing Center offers verified digital badges for certifications

The AONL Credentialing Center provides secure digital badges through Credly for individuals who have earned an AONL Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML®) or Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP®) certification. The digital credentials provide a verified, shareable way for nurse leaders to demonstrate their achievement and professional expertise. The badge contains metadata that employers and professional networks can review, including the certification earned from the AONL Credentialing Center, the competencies and standards aligned with the certification and verification directly from AONL. Once leaders earn their AONL certification, Credly will send them an email with instructions to claim their free digital badge. Currently certified CENP or CNML leaders received Credly email notification on August 11 or 12, 2026, to claim their free digital badge.
