AONL Leadership Catalyst Scholars Program Applications Open

Applications are open for the AONL Leadership Catalyst Scholars program. The competitive, national practicum provides an opportunity for graduate nursing students in MSN, MSN/MBA or DNP leadership-focused programs who are AONL members to engage directly in initiatives shaping the future of healthcare. Catalyst Scholars will work with national nurse leaders to contribute to AONL priorities, such as workforce strategy and leadership development, innovation, analytics and care model transformation. Participants gain hands-on experience while earning practicum hours, developing capabilities in systems and complexity thinking; workforce and retention strategy; financial and operational decision-making; evidence translation and implementation; and leadership in dynamic, evolving environments. Applications are due July 26; AONL will send notifications by Sept. 1. More information, including the application, is available on AONL’s website.
