AONL Leadership Lab financial aid deadline approaches

The deadline is Jan. 3, 2026 to apply for financial aid to participate in the AONL Leadership Lab, which offers professional development for nurse managers. The AONL Foundation for Leadership Research and Education will provide funds up to $1,100 for AONL members to use for program tuition. The six-month program, taking place from Feb. 19 to July 16, 2026, strengthens the skills of new nurse managers. It builds confidence, enhances leadership capabilities and identifies best practices in managing through shared leadership issues. Applications and guidelines are available on the AONL Foundation website.
