Webinar targets antimicrobial stewardship and HAI prevention

Preventing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and antimicrobial resistance trends are the topic of an upcoming webinar hosted by the American Hospital Association’s Team Training initiative. Participants will learn about the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on improving antibiotic stewardship program and infection prevention workflows and metrics; discuss resource optimization to protect both patients and health care workers; and consider COVID-19 and future surge capacity planning for cold and flu season. The event will take place Feb. 25 at 12 p.m. ET. Participants should register in advance.
