Webinar to explore how hospital used AI to reduce ED boarding

Greg Brown, BS, associate system vice president of patient command center/healthline, will explain how Baptist Health used AI-driven predictive insights and standardized workflows to address ED boarding, transfer friction and delayed discharges. Baptist Health increased admissions by 6% and reduced geometric mean length of stay variance by 34%, discharge-processing time by 40%, emergency department boarding by 35% and diversion by 74%, recovering more than $12 million.
