AONL Board Elections Open

AONL encourages members to vote in the 2025 board election for the next president-elect and region 5, 7 and 9 directors. Candidates for president-elect are Stuart Downs, DNP, RN, senior vice president and system CNE, Northeast Georgia Health System, Gainesville; Simmy King, DNP, RN, chief nursing informatics and education officer, Children’s National Hospital, Washington, D.C.; and Lisbeth Votruba, MSN, RN, chief clinical officer, AvaSure, Belmont, Mich. Their bios and candidate statements are available on the AONL website, as is candidate information for regions 5, 7 and 9. All members nationwide should vote for the region positions. Voting closes Aug. 12.
