As the founder of For Nurses By Nurses Productions, she has produced multiple acclaimed documentaries spotlighting untold stories in nursing, including The Black Angels: A Nurse’s Story and The Dixie 3. Her work bridges the gap between nursing, public health, and social justice—bringing history, leadership, and advocacy to the forefront of care.
