The American Hospital Association shared resources for Patient Safety Awareness Week, held March 12-18. The resources include AHA Team Training, which seeks to improve teamwork and communication to improve patient safety, and Project Firstline, a national collaborative with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to provide tools for hospitals to engage all stakeholders to improve infection control. Other resources featured are the AHA Living Learning Network and AHA’s Infection Control and Prevention webpage.
