AONL webinar to explore nursing leadership in care transformations

The AONL-AHA Learning Community will host a webinar discussing nursing leadership in care transformation across settings on Sept. 2 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. CT. The free webinar will examine integrated hospital at home and home health services and a 24/7 oncology model supporting patients across urgent, procedural, cellular therapy and observation-level needs. Presenters will describe how these models support continuity, access, patient satisfaction and operational flow while reducing infection risk, avoidable readmissions, emergency department boarding and unnecessary inpatient utilization. They will also discuss how nurse leaders can advance patient-centered care models that improve access, continuity, patient experience and operational flow across care settings.
