KLAS survey links clinician turnover to poor EMR experience

According to a report by KLAS, clinician dissatisfaction with electronic medical records (EMRs) is associated with intention to leave their current organization. A survey of 59,000 clinicians found those who were very dissatisfied with their EMRs were almost three times as likely to leave as very satisfied EMR users. Clinicians who reported their EMR training was not specific to their workflow were also more than twice as likely as their well-trained counterparts to leave their organizations.
