AONL Foundation Releases Virtual Care Nursing White Paper

The AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education released a white paper summarizing findings from its virtual care nursing leadership symposium held in November 2025. The complimentary resource discusses emerging trends in virtual nursing, highlights innovative care delivery models and offers practical strategies to assist nurse leaders in advancing virtual care across their organizations. Drawing on insights from expert panels and case studies from leading health systems, the white paper provides actionable guidance for navigating virtual care and preparing the future nursing workforce.
