Healthy Work Environment National Collaborative seeks applicants

The American Association of Critical Care Nurses seeks additional hospital leaders to apply to be part of its Healthy Work Environment National Collaborative. The two-year program uses implementation science strategies to provide education, mentorship and a co-learning program to create healthier work environments resulting in improved quality indicators, job satisfaction, and retention and organizational outcomes. Each participating hospital assembles a team of representatives from three units across the hospital, including executives, leaders, physicians, nurses, educators and allied health professionals. Applications are due by Jan. 31; the association will select 45 hospitals to participate.
