Webinar to explore integrated care in rural communities

A webinar co-hosted by the American Hospital Association and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions will discuss integrated care in rural communities on July 21 from 1:00-2:30 ET. Leaders from Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, N.H., and Northern Human Services in Conway, N.H., will explore how rural providers can build sustainable, integrated behavioral health partnerships that improve access and outcomes in their communities. Participants will gain practical insights into crisis response coordination, integrated behavioral health in primary care, workforce collaboration and expanding care access despite limited resources.
