Travel Cancellations
AONL shall not be held liable for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel room deposits. AONL suggests that you do not purchase restricted or nonrefundable tickets for travel to the annual conference. AONL assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should the annual meeting sell out or in the unlikely event that changes to the annual conference dates and/or location become necessary. Hotel reservations, cancelations and charges are the attendee’s responsibility.
Schedule Changes
AONL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. AONL may cancel a program without liability due to any cause beyond AONL’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disaster, civil disorders, labor disputes, war, terrorism, infectious disease, curtailment of transportation, unavailability of facilities, illness (based on World Health Organization recommendations), government regulations or any other cause beyond the AONL’s reasonable control which the AONL determines makes it commercially impracticable, inadvisable, impossible, or illegal to host the program or may put participants in harm's way.
