- Innovative staffing models and optimal assignment design to promote safety, quality, and well-being
- Benchmarking, productivity, and other performance metrics
- Evaluating both the financial and clinical value of virtual nursing models and investments
Measuring Success and Scaling Opportunities
- Advancing patient safety, quality of care, and the patient experience through virtual nursing
- Strengthening staff retention, engagement, and support for an intergenerational workforce
- Identifying scalable strategies to optimize resources and drive care redesign across diverse settings

To receive 2.00 contact hours for this program, you must attend the program in its entirety and complete the evaluation. The program will expire Jan. 1, 2027.
