Applications are open to anyone. Priority is given to AONL members, and to those from small, rural, critical access, or other small non-profit, government or public health organizations.
The AONL Foundation offers financial aid for the Nurse Manager or Nurse Director Fellowship programs through the Pamela Austin Thompson Fellowship Fund.
